How to decide which habit is easiest and which is hardest for me? Hmmm.  My approach to different learning situations does not seem to be static and varies according to the situation. And throughout my work life, I have had a wide variety of situations! Probably the easiest for me overall is to accept responsibility for my own learning.  As with many life decisions, I believe one must take responsibility for his or her actions. No one is more invested in my learning new skills than me. The hardest is probably to remember to play.
